Kreider Mediation is the best. Steve is the best instructor you really learn from his style if teaching. He’s very accommodating and really take his time to learn and make sure that each lesson you understand before moving on to another lesson.

I would highly recommend this course to anyone interested in becoming a mediator or strengthening their conflict resolution skills. Steve’s expertise, authenticity, and ability to make the material come alive made this one of the best professional development courses I have taken.
I cannot say enough positive things about this online mediation course. From the very first session, Steve , Ese, and others brought an engaging and dynamic teaching style that made the material both interesting and easy to understand. His personality, energy, and passion for mediation came through in every lesson, creating an interactive learning environment that kept me fully engaged throughout the program.
What truly set this course apart was Steve’s ability to connect the concepts to real-world mediation experiences. Instead of focusing solely on theory, he shared practical examples, case studies, and lessons learned from his own professional practice. These insights provided valuable context and demonstrated how mediation skills are applied in real situations.
After completing the initial 40-hour training, I felt confident and prepared to step into the role of a mediator. The course provided a strong foundation in mediation principles, communication techniques, conflict resolution strategies, and ethical considerations. The combination of excellent instruction, practical application, and meaningful interaction made the learning experience exceptionally valuable. Sad to see this course come to an end, however I do actually think there will be plenty of opportunity to interact with Steve and others in the class in the future.
