The Advanced Mediation Course was extremely informative and well structured. One of the wonderful aspects of the class was the respectful manner in which all participants shared their stories and insights. I learned so much from my fellow classmates and look forward to applying what I learned in my future mediations.

Coming into the Basic Mediation course I had no idea what to expect, but this class exceeded my expectations. Steve really cares about people and that means a lot and he is also really funny. The class is real and personable and packed with information. Kreider Mediation is simply the best. If you’re considering it do yourself a favor and go ahead and do it.

The Kreider Advanced Mediation Course is, perhaps, the most engaging and thorough mediation training available to mediators wishing to advance their knowledge of the craft and hone their skills in the art of getting to “yes”. Mr. Kreider’s credentials and experience are extensive, perhaps even impressive. And, while important, the experience is not what makes the course significant. It is Mr. Kreider’s ability to communicate that experience into tools and applications mediators can use immediately. And, as importantly, the materials are comprehensive and provide substantive information and meaningful mediation practice procedures and tips.
