30 Hour Advanced Family Mediation Course
I recently completed a course with Kreider Mediation, and I have to say it was outstanding! Our instructor (Ronda) was excellent! As a practicing attorney, she gave a great perspective of what to expect, shared some of her own experiences and made sure the class flowed properly, while ensuring everyone’s questions were answered and created a very inclusive environment.
Even though the owner (Steve) wasn’t the main instructor, he personally checked in during sessions to ensure everything ran smoothly and that we had no unanswered questions. From day one, he was incredibly helpful, guiding me through payment options and a schedule that fit around my full-time job. The course is super thorough and a fantastic gateway for anyone stepping into mediation. I highly recommend Kreider Mediation for any of your mediation training needs!

Setting up Business class for Mediation
This class was educational, professional, and thorough. I really enjoyed being in david’s class. He was kind he made up for being sick by holding an additional class which was very beneficial and gave us strong knowledge in learning different faces and niches of the business to implement into our own business. I will take his class again in any others that Steven Kreider offers.
30 Hour Family Training
Ronda Haynes recently conducted the 30 Hour Advanced Family Training course via Zoom, and it was very good. The curriculum and collateral materials covered the basic law dealing with family disputes. The underlying notion of consideration of what is in the Best Interest of the Child was stressed throughout the sessions. The issues of access and possession, custody, child support, CPS involvement etc. all received examination and discussion. Ronda’s years of experience showed though plainly, with examples and details invariably described with patience and good humor–the hallmarks of a good teacher! The subject by its nature is serious; however, Ronda managed to reflect that mediators dealing with the emotionally charged topics in family cases often experience dignity, satisfaction, and meaningfulness in those negotiations. A course very worthwhile!
