Steve Kreider is the Founder of Kreider Mediation, a premier mediation and training firm dedicated to providing exceptional dispute resolution services and top-tier mediation education. With extensive experience as both a mediator and instructor, Steve has built a diverse and dynamic business, assembling a team of some of the best mediators and instructors in Texas and across the United States. His commitment to excellence ensures that Kreider Mediation delivers the highest quality mediation services and comprehensive training programs.

Steve has personally conducted over 1,300 civil, divorce, and family mediations, helping individuals, businesses, and families navigate complex disputes with professionalism and neutrality. His expertise and leadership in the field have led to his selection as the Executive Director for the Harris County (Houston) Dispute Resolution Center (DRC).

Steve is a dedicated educator who, alongside his co-instructors, has trained over 375 mediators, including judges, attorneys, business owners, counselors, doctors, professors, teachers, clergy, and students. His training programs equip future mediators with the skills and knowledge needed to facilitate fair and effective dispute resolution.

Originally from Waterford, Pennsylvania, Steve served 25 years in the U.S. Army, retiring as a First Sergeant. He deployed to Iraq in 2004, earning a Bronze Star and Combat Action Badge for his service. Steve transitioned from military service in 2013 to explore opportunities in the film and television industry, working as an associate producer on Duck Dynasty, a military consultant on Pitch Perfect 3, and a co-host/producer of Flea Market Fanatics, currently streaming on Amazon Prime.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Steve is a passionate advocate for Veterans and homeless service members. He has co-founded two non-profits: Vet Hunters Project (Los Angeles) and Shadow Warrior Foundation (Atlanta), both dedicated to helping homeless veterans reconnect with their families and secure housing. Additionally, he serves as Vice President of the Reel American Heroes Foundation, supporting veterans.

Steve holds a Master of Science in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, along with multiple professional certifications, including Project Management, Lean Six Sigma, and Six Sigma Black Belt from Villanova University. His unique combination of formal education, extensive mediation training, and military leadership experience allowed him to specialize in business, family, employment, civil, property, and debt-related conflict resolution. This foundation not only helped him grow his mediation business but also enabled him to assemble a team of top-tier mediators and instructors and provide high-quality mediation education, ensuring that Kreider Mediation remains a leader in dispute resolution and professional training.

Steve is a loving husband to his wife, Ese Kreider, and their three children, Jonathan, Jubilee, and Lawrence Jr.
