About Dr. Cavazos
Dr. David Cavazos is a tenured professor at the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech
University and holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration. He has authored more than 30
peer-reviewed publications with over 500 academic citations in corporate strategy,
regulation, entrepreneurial growth, and stakeholder management.
With more than a decade of experience as a statistician and business consultant, he brings
exceptional analytical depth to business and commercial mediation. At Kreider Mediation,
he serves as Lead Instructor for the 20-Hour Business Mediation Course.
He lives in North Texas with his wife, dog, and cat and enjoys music, research, and
lifelong learning.

About Meredith Murray
Meredith Murray is a business operations consultant, Credentialed Texas Mediator , and founder of Pandora Street Consulting. She works with mediators and other professional service providers to launch new businesses, strengthen existing practices, and build the systems, workflows, technology, and client-facing infrastructure needed to operate sustainably.
Drawing on more than 15 years of experience in business operations and strategy including serving as a Chief of Staff and strategic consultant at a Fortune 50 enterprise and as a Director of Operations and Strategy at a Global 100 private technology company. Meredith brings a practical implementation perspective to the course, helping participants translate their business plans into organized, professional, and operationally ready mediation practices. She earned her mediation certification through the Austin Dispute Resolution Center in 2025.
