I would definitely recommend Steve for mediation needs. He was very fair and balanced. His cost was awesome as it saved me quite a few dollars compared to other mediators. Aside from being a Steelers fan, he seems like a pretty good guy.

Thanks for the nice review of my mediation services. I like to keep my fees low because I work independently, and I have fewer administrative resources compared to law firms, reducing costs. I am fair and balanced during mediation because it is important to ensure that all parties are heard equally, maintaining neutrality, and guiding the process without imposing my personal opinions or solutions.
To address your comment about the Steelers…Being a Steelers fan means embracing greatness and living with the perfect balance of grit, glory, and a refusal to accept anything less than six Super Bowl rings!

Steve is one of the greatest instructors I have ever had the pleasure of learning from. He loves what he does and in turn, his students do as well. Great Value & Quality Training
Instructor Steve’s punctuality and well-structured lesson plans were always appreciated. His pre-class emails with learning objectives and handouts were a great way to prepare for the day. Kreider Mediation’s adaptability, whether it’s more time for questions, insights from practicing attorneys, or a break, always met the class’s needs. The use of various teaching methods like videos, PowerPoint, issue-spotting exercises, and role-playing added depth to the learning experience. Kreider Mediation also provided numerous forms to help us be better equipped to spread our wings upon completion.
One of the highlights of the Family Mediation training for me was the Domestic Violence session led by Instructor Jeannie. Drawing on her extensive experience at the Austin Police Department, Jeannie provided a wealth of statistics and shared her insights, which added a compelling context to her Family Mediation tips.
Thanks to the thorough and comprehensive training at Kreider Mediation, I am well-informed and prepared for the challenges of family mediation. I highly recommend Kreider Mediation and look forward to taking more courses with them.
