When I saw Steve had opened the business mediation course, I just had to jump in. When I saw the curriculum couldn’t help it and thought ” I’m in way over my head here…” still…I braced myself and carried on. Best decision. Dr. Cavazos was engaging, very down to earth in his approach to teaching the course. He was inspiring and helpful providing the class with ample resources and information on how to keep sharpening our skills beyond what we learned during the class.

The group of professionals that I took the course with were also very helpful, engaging, knowledgeable and resourceful. Highly recommended.

I recently took both the Basic Mediation Training Course led by Steve and the Advanced Family Course taught by Ronda. Both courses were excellent and I really enjoyed attending class. Steve is very knowledgeable and interesting and makes the content fun and easy to follow with his great sense of humor. Ronda’s Family Mediation Course was also very interesting. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience that she generously shares in an easy to follow format. Having no prior experience in this area, I was worried I might feel intimidated but everyone, both instructors and fellow students, were so supportive and great about sharing their knowledge and always happy to answer questions. Both were great instructors and I look forward to taking more course from them in the future. I was suprised at how fast 4 hours would go by! If you are looking for mediation training, I highly recommend Kreider Mediation!

I highly recommend anyone seeking mediation training to try Kreider Mediation. You will not under any circumstances be dissapointed with your decision. The Instructors are awesome, they are engaging, charismatic, down to earth, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I recently took both the Basic and Family Mediation Courses, Steve and Ronda are at the top of their game. Both Instructors typically feature guest presenters that take the experience to the next level of education within the vast field of mediation. The learning experience is simply like not other. I can truly say that the duration of these classes pack a bang for what you pay. I have come away from this instruction with inspiration, vision and insight on my next journey as I continue to pursue achieving status as a consummate professional. This is one of those experiences that fit in the “well played,” category.
