Outstanding
Everything about the Kreider Mediation experience was amazing! I am a hands on kind of person so the ability to role play and really see how things work was amazing. I love the fact that he makes you feel good and confident even when you are not as fluent as he is.
He allows you to grow and make this your own! He gives you the tools and encourages you the whole time. Mr. Kreider is very knowledgeable and makes it fun which is what i love the most.
Last but not least he is very flexible with teaching. I had many things come up and he made sure i was caught up on the things i missed!

Great course
I recommend Steve’s course because his course submerges you into mediation completely. Not only do you learn what to do as a mediator, he gives you the opportunity to practice those skills so that you can be better prepared. Looking forward to the family mediator course!
Basic Mediation Class
I took the basic 40 hr class with Steve. He was an enthusiastic and supportive teacher. I highly recommend this class.
